Welcome to Prompts Lab, a product developed and operated by Brahmas Labs. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Prompts Lab, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Services Provided
Prompts Lab is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offering AI-powered prompts, tools, and related digital services. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our sole discretion.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Prompts Lab.
By using our services, you confirm that your use complies with applicable local and international laws.
4. Account & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and account activity.
Brahmas Labs will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payments & Pricing
All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party payment providers:
Razorpay → for customers in India (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
PayPal → for customers outside India (international cards, wallets, and supported payment methods).
Pricing:
Displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) for Indian customers.
Displayed in USD/EUR/GBP or other supported currencies for international customers via PayPal.
Taxes:
Indian customers → GST as per Indian law.
International customers → Local VAT/GST or other consumption taxes as required by law.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled by the user.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard.
Refunds, if eligible, will be processed back to the original payment method:
Razorpay → Refunds in INR (₹).
PayPal → Refunds in the original transaction currency (USD/EUR/GBP, etc.).
Refund initiation: within 5–7 working days of request approval. Final credit timelines depend on banks/card issuers.
Exchange rate fluctuations, forex conversion charges, or cross-border fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. User Obligations
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Copy, resell, or distribute platform content without authorization.
Interfere with the functioning of Prompts Lab or its payment systems.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content of Prompts Lab belong to Brahmas Labs.
Users retain rights to the outputs generated via Prompts Lab for personal or business use, subject to compliance with these Terms.
Unauthorized reproduction or resale of the platform, its outputs, or its components is prohibited.
9. Global Use & Restrictions
Prompts Lab is available worldwide, but some services may not be accessible in certain regions due to local regulations.
International users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local tax and legal obligations.
Cross-border payments are subject to network availability, local restrictions, and banking policies.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Brahmas Labs processes data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), and, where applicable, GDPR (EU) and other global data protection laws.
By using our Platform, you consent to such data collection and processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
Prompts Lab is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Brahmas Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, data, or business opportunities).
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.
12. Termination of Services
Brahmas Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
For Indian customers → Governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
For international customers → Governed by Indian law, but mandatory consumer protection rights in your local jurisdiction remain unaffected.
